Abstract

INTRODUCTION

Tuberculosis is one of the common infections causing splenic enlargement, but tuberculous splenic abscesses are rare, restricted largely to immunocompromised population with disseminated tuberculosis. We report the occurrence of Tuberculous multiple splenic abscesses in an Immunocompetent host.
